1. Digital Products Only

All products sold on Cosmic Posters are digital downloads.
No physical items will be shipped.

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive access to download the digital files as described on the product page.

2. License & Permitted Use (Personal Use License)

When you purchase a digital artwork from Cosmic Posters, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license for personal use only.

You may use the artwork to create physical items for yourself or as gifts, including (but not limited to):

  • Art prints and posters
  • Canvas prints and gallery wraps
  • Framed artwork
  • Stickers and decals
  • Phone cases, laptop skins, and tablet covers
  • Notebooks, journals, and planners
  • Home décor items (pillows, wall panels, etc.)

You may use local printers, online print services, or print-on-demand providers as a manufacturing method for these personal items.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the digital files
  • Sell physical products made from the artwork
  • Upload the artwork to stock sites, asset libraries, or marketplaces
  • Use the artwork in branding, logos, marketing, or promotional materials
  • Use the artwork for any commercial, business, or revenue-generating purpose
  • Claim the artwork as your own or as original authorship
  • Share the file publicly or privately (including file-sharing, social media uploads, or “freebie” distributions)

Personal use does not include selling, licensing, or monetizing the artwork in any form.

4. Copyright

All artwork remains the copyrighted property of Cosmic Posters and/or the original artist.

Purchase of a digital download does not transfer copyright ownership.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once files have been downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue (corrupt file, incorrect file, or download problem), please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

6. File Responsibility & Printing

It is your responsibility to:

  • Download and store your files after purchase
  • Ensure compatibility with your printer or print service
  • Choose appropriate materials, sizes, and finishes

Cosmic Posters is not responsible for:

  • Printing errors
  • Color variations between screens and printed output
  • Quality issues related to third-party printers or materials

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability
